Payment Policies

A $100 reservation payment is due at booking.
An additional $100 commitment payment is due 60 days later to maintain your confirmed reservation.

Remaining balances will be divided into scheduled monthly payments as outlined on your invoice.

Guests may enroll in complimentary automatic billing. Once enrolled, payments will be processed automatically on the scheduled date each month.

All payments are non-refundable. Late payments will incur a late fee. A convenience fee applies to all processed payments. Failure to remain current on payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Terms &Conditions

  • Making a reservation for this experience signifies your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

  • All payments to Dose of Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable. We maintain contractual agreements with hotels, transportation providers, and tour vendors that do not allow refunds. This policy allows us to offer structured payment plans and curated pricing for your experience.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation. A passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date is required. It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm any visa or entry requirements with the appropriate consulate. Entry requirements listed apply to U.S. citizens only; non-U.S. citizens must verify requirements independently.

  • Reservations must be made in your full legal name as it appears on your passport. The name on your booking invoice must match your passport exactly.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received. Once your reservation deposit is submitted, your rate is secured.

  • Monthly payments are required to maintain an active reservation. Your invoice will clearly outline your payment schedule. Guests are responsible for making all payments on time.

  • Roommate matching is not provided. Guests selecting double occupancy are responsible for securing their own roommate. Each guest remains financially responsible for their portion of the reservation at all times.

  • Name changes may be permitted with a $75 name change fee per person, plus any applicable vendor fees.

  • Late payments are subject to a late fee after the final payment date listed on your invoice. If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, a reinstatement fee plus any past due balance will be required to restore the booking, subject to availability.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping Dose of Travels informed of any changes to their email address, as email is our primary form of communication. Guests may access their reservation details through the client portal at any time.
